All Products (except perishable goods and light bulbs and tubes U.V. tubes, clearance "sold as seen" items & goods with a known short use by date) are covered by manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 12 months or longer if so specified. If items returned are found not to be faulty as defined by the limitations of the manufacturers warranty then a service / handling charge plus return postage and packing charge will be payable by the returnee.
