Pond Adhesive

Any adhesive used in an aquatic environment must be non toxic to fish and other aquatic creatures either when cured if using the adhesive initially out of the pond or aquarium or in both its uncured (before it hardens off to make the fix) and cured state (when it is fully dried) if it is to be used in water with fish or other creatures present.
