This poolside spitter comes as a kit which includes the Brussels Boy figure, solar panel, submersible pump and re-chargeable lithium battery.
When there is sufficient sunlight the figure will operate, a jet of water emanating from, well, the usual part of a boys anatomy. The water jet operates on a cycle of approximately 2 seconds on and five seconds off and the feature continues to operate when cloudy automatically switching to battery power.
