Heater & Bulb Guards

Basking lamps, light bulbs and ceramic heat emitters are potentially dangerous to reptiles (and may be a hazard to anyone carrying out vivarium maintenance) so it is recommended that they be fitted with a protective guard.

Especially at risk are snakes and arboreal (tree dwelling, climbing) lizards. The guards are easily fitted to most types of vivarium enclosure.
