Description
Black Slate is an attractive decorative stone that is relatively inert so will not adversely effect the water quality. Typically, slate decoration is thin and flat so it is possible to lay it in the gravel in such a way as to create layers, strata and banks. Placed in slightly sloping upright fashion it will provide a surface on which Angel Fish and other egg layers can lay their eggs. This black slate is a little more unusual than the commonly offered grey or green.
